'​Leadership By Excellence' is a project initiated by Mr. Osman Butt  (Founder & CEO) for the purpose of developing world-class passionate leaders. Osman Butt is an entrepreneur who has accumulated a wide range of working experience in the corporate world over 18 years specifically in areas of Leadership, Project management, Marketing & Sales, Customer experience and Motivational coaching. Over the years, his passion has been to help growth-driven organizations reach their potential and beyond by means of providing them top-notch Executive & Leadership training, thereby helping them to be even more successful; thus creating a positive impact for themselves, their people, and the society at large.
​Raised in Canada and the United States, Osman graduated from Southern New Hampshire University and the State University of New York with an MBA, following which he worked with several prestigious international organizations.
